By using any of my (Stephen Elrod) applications or services, you agree to the following terms.
1. All software is provided as is without any guarantee of correctness or quality.
2. Stephen Elrod will not be liable for any damages arrising from the use of his applications and/or services.
3. You agree that the laws of the United States of America will govern this agreement.
4. If a dispute arrises between you and I, we will attempt to resolve any issues ammicably for at least 30 days. If we are unable to resolve all issues ourselves, you agree that the court of Davidson County, Tennessee will resolve any remaining issues.
5. Any claim connected to my applications and/or services will be brought within one (1) year from the event.
6. These terms may be updated at any time. You may check these terms at any time for updates.
